GDM Seeds, Inc., an Indiana corporation (“we”, “us” or “our”) respects your privacy and are committed to protecting it through our compliance with this privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”). This policy describes: (i) the types of information we may collect or that you may provide when you download, install, access, or use GDM Explore (the "Application"); and (ii) our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting, and disclosing that information.

CHANGES TO OUR PRIVACY POLICY

The date the Privacy Policy was last revised is identified at the top of the page. You are responsible for periodically visiting this Privacy Policy to check for any changes. Your continued use of the Application after we make changes to this Privacy Policy is deemed to be your acceptance of those changes.

INFORMATION WE COLLECT ABOUT YOU AND HOW WE COLLECT IT

By default, you are the custodian of any records you create or information you enter into the Application. We collect several types of information from and about users of our Application, including, but not limited to: - first and last name, address, telephone numbers, email address, and employer, (“personal information”); - that is about you but individually does not identify you, such as time and date of visits to our Application; and/or - about your internet connection, the equipment you use to access our Application and usage details.

We collect this information: - directly from you when you provide it to us; - automatically as you navigate through the Application, including usage details, IP addresses and information collected through cookies, web beacons and other tracking technologies; and - from third parties, for example, our business partners.

Information You Provide to Us. The information we collect on or through our Application may include: - information that you provide by filling in forms on our Application, including information provided at the time of registering to use our Application. We may also ask you for information when you report a problem with our Application; - records and copies of your correspondence (including email addresses), if you contact us; - your responses to surveys that we might ask you to complete for research purposes; and - your search queries on the Application.

Information We Collect Through Automatic Data Collection Technologies. As you navigate through and interact with our Application, we may use automatic data collection technologies to collect certain information about your equipment, browsing actions and patterns, including: - details of your visits to our Application, including, but not limited to, traffic data, location data, logs, and other communication data and the resources that you access and use on the Application; and - information about your computer and internet connection, including your IP address, operating system, and browser type. - Location and route information is collected for example in the form of GPS signals and other information sent by your Mobile Device on which the Application is installed and activated. The types of location data we collect will depend in part on your device and account settings

The technologies we may use for this automatic data collection include: - Cookies (or mobile cookies). A cookie is a small file placed on your mobile device. It may be possible to refuse to accept mobile cookies by activating the appropriate setting on your mobile device. However, if you select this setting you may be unable to access certain parts of our Application. - Web Beacons. Pages of our the Application and our emails may contain small electronic files known as web beacons (also referred to as clear gifs. pixel tags and single-pixel gifs) that permit us, for example, to count users who have visited those pages or opened an email and for other related website statistics (for example, recording the popularity of certain website content and verifying system and server integrity).

HOW WE MAY USE YOUR INFORMATION

We may use information that we collect about you or that you provide to us, including any personal information to: - present our Application and its contents to you; - provide you with information, products or services that you request from us; - fulfill any other purpose for which you provide it; - provide you with notices about your account, including expiration and renewal notices; - carry out our obligations and enforce our rights arising from any contracts entered into between you and us, including for billing and collection; - notify you about changes to our Application or our policies; - allow you to participate in interactive features on our Application; or - use the information in any other way we may describe when you provide the information.

The usage information we collect helps us to improve our Application and to deliver a better and more personalized experience by enabling us to: - estimate our audience size and usage patterns; - store information about your preferences, allowing us to customize our Application according to your individual interests; - speed up your searches; and - recognize you when you use the Application.

DISCLOSURE OF YOUR INFORMATION

We may disclose aggregated or de-identified information about our users, and information that does not identify any individual, without restriction. We may disclose personal information that we collect or you provide as described in this Privacy Policy to: - to our subsidiaries and affiliates; - to contractors, service providers and other third parties we use to support our business and who are bound by contractual obligations to keep personal information confidential and use it only for the purposes for which we disclose it to them; - to a buyer or other successor in the event of a merger, divestiture, restructuring, reorganization, dissolution or sale or transfer of some or all of our assets, whether as a going concern or as part of bankruptcy, liquidation or similar proceeding, in which personal information held by us about our Application users is among the assets transferred, and you agree to and do hereby consent to our assignment or transfer of rights to your personal information; - to fulfill the purpose for which you provide it; - For any other purpose disclosed by us when you provide the information; and - with your consent.

We may also disclose your personal information: - to various organizations and individuals to help provide the Application to you (“Service Providers”), such as website and data hosting companies and companies providing analytics information, like Google Analytics. These third parties have only limited access to your information and may use your information only to perform these tasks on our behalf. Information we share to our Service Providers may include both information you provide to us and information we collect about you, including personal data and information from data collection tools like cookies, web beacons, and log files; - to comply with any court order, law or legal process, including to respond to any government or regulatory request; - to enforce or apply our End User License Agreement and other agreements, and for billing and collection purposes. - if we believe disclosure is necessary or appropriate to protect the rights, property, safety, or welfare of our company, our customers or others. This includes exchanging information with other companies and organizations for the purposes of fraud protection and credit risk reduction. - we may use aggregated and de-identified information collected via the Application to improve the quality of the Application. This aggregated information is not associated with any individual. We do not use your personal information for marketing without us first asking for and receiving your consent

CHOICES ABOUT HOW WE USE AND DISCLOSE YOUR INFORMATION

We strive to provide you with choices regarding the personal information you provide to us. You can set your browser to refuse all or some browser cookies, or to alert you when cookies are being sent. If you disable or refuse cookies, please note that some parts of the Application may then be inaccessible or not function properly.

ACCESSING AND CORRECTING YOUR INFORMATION

You can review and change your personal information by logging into the Application and visiting your account page.

YOUR CALIFORNIA PRIVACY RIGHTS

California Civil Code Section § 1798.83 permits users of our Application that are California residents to request certain information regarding our disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 18

The Application is offered and available to users who are 18 years of age or older. We do not collect or maintain personal information from people we actually know are under 18 years old. If we obtain actual knowledge that an account holder is under 18 years old, we will use our best efforts to remove that person’s user information from our database.

DATA SECURITY

We have implemented certain measures designed to secure your personal information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure. For example, we store the personal information you provide on computer servers with limited access that are located in controlled facilities and the data is stored in separate encrypted locations.

The safety and security of your information also depend on you. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password for access to certain parts of our Application, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. You should not share your password with anyone.

Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we do our best to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of your personal information transmitted to our Application. Any transmission of personal information is at your own risk. We are not responsible for circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures contained on the Application.
